Lour brings the artistry of Belgian chocolate to Kuwait with exquisite cakes, handcrafted ice creams, and unique vine-leaf treats. Known for quality and luxury, Lour offers a refined dessert experience for every occasion.

Challenge

We were tasked with blending Lour’s commitment to handcrafted excellence with a modern, upscale image. The challenge was to appeal to both a local and online audience, balancing the elegance of a premium brand with the warmth and delight that comes from artisanal sweets.

A Brand as Sweet as the Product

To represent the indulgent nature of Lour’s chocolates and confectionery, we designed a brand identity that evokes elegance and craftsmanship. The logo, inspired by the swirling beauty of fine chocolate, featured rich tones of dark chocolate and gold, accompanied by soft pastels to evoke a sense of luxury and sweetness. This design was applied seamlessly across packaging, digital platforms, and their physical store, offering customers a unified and memorable experience.

Feeding the Feed

We curated a social media strategy that was as decadent as Lour’s products. High-resolution photos captured the intricate beauty of their chocolates and desserts, while engaging posts about seasonal treats, behind-the-scenes content, and customer stories helped build a community. We used Instagram and Facebook to showcase the artistry behind each product, boosting engagement with polls, contests, and interactive stories. The focus was not just on the sweets but on the experience of indulgence and luxury that Lour provides.

Special promotions and limited-edition collections kept the excitement flowing year-round.
